The ARHS is a group dedicated to enjoying and preserving anything railway related. 
The activities of ARHS Qld Div include : operating a preserved railway, running mainline steam tours, maintaining a significant library and merchandise sales. 

We are best known for :
-Rosewood Railway - Queensland's most authentic preserved branch line
-Mainline Tours. - We are Queensland's premier steam tour organiser with over 50 years of experience!

Left : 720's during its final testing - the loco is now ready to haul passengers!

Right : 720 waits to steam and haul its first passengers. Steam returns to RRM on Sunday the 30th of March.

Museum open Sundays, 10am - 3pm
The lower section of the railway is not operating this running day - Please proceed to Cabanda Station for train rides.

Volunteers are always welcomed at the Rosewood Railway!
Volunteer Details : Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays 9am–4pm.

Please come to Kunkala site 57A, Freeman Road, Ashwell (see UBD Map 209). Bring hat, work clothes and boots; Soft drinks & pies available.
